currently I am using Cakewalk pro audio 9. Anyways I was having some problems with MIDI. Anyways well the first problem is that I have a Yamaha PSR 640 I sequence all my stuff on that and I take the floppy from Yamaha into my computer and then I open the tracks in Cakewalk and save them as NORMAL ….and that’s how I get about it …. Is this called MIDI or not?
Secondly, the problem that I am facing is that I don’t really like the sounds produced by MIDI could be because of my Sound card since I am using a “ CREATIVE VIBRA 128” is that good enuff or not …if not which one should I use since in my country the most commonly and the only sound card used is that of “Creative” plus there is no source of help over since no one really is interested in making music …..they’d rather be programmers …if u know what I mean ….could u please let me know what sound card u use and how do u MIDI since my Basic knowledge for MIDI
Is nill … hope that u would reply to me since your advice could really help me out

Thanks
Hasil
