ok, what u do is: put your fore finger on the 5th fret of the 6th string and pluck the 5th and 6th strings at the same time, if they sound the same then the 6th string is tuned. Do the same with the 5th and 4th, 4th and 3rd, 2nd and 1st. 3rd and 2nd doesnt work, email me back if you have an questions
